Hydro Lock Treatment (Water Vapor Barrier)

Our Hydro Lock Treatment is a unique surface treatment for concrete consisting of specialized reactive chemicals, lithium colloidal silica matrix, and a super duty siliconate water repellant. HLT-SR can be used as a concrete surface treatment to reduce micro porosity in cementitious materials or as a complementary pre-primer treatment for our unique advanced polymer coatings. When applied to concrete or any pozzolanic material, our Hydro Lock Treatment penetrates to seal, densify and thereby harden cementitious surfaces. Our Hydro Lock Treatment is formulated to penetrate and block capillaries, voids, and fine shrinkage cracks by reacting with free calcium hydrates to form an insoluble, permanent barrier. It improves water resistance, water repellency, and surface properties of cementitious materials – including concrete. Our Hydro Lock Treatment also reduces the risk of coating failures associated with moisture migration and outgassing. Concrete surfaces treated with our Hydro Lock Treatment longer, cost less to maintain, and resist wear, abrasion and dusting. Our Hydro Lock Treatment is recommended for use as a pre-priming surface treatment on floorings, liners in immersion application, and adhered waterproofing membranes – including structures under hydrostatic pressure. Our Hydro Lock Treatment may be used as a standalone surface treatment in certain applications.

Our Vinyl Floor Coat is designed to provide a thin and durable coating to protect vinyl, linoleum and vinyl composition tiles and to eliminate the need to keep stripping and waxing these types of floors which are used mainly in public buildings.

Concrete Fusion Primer

Our, Concrete Fusion Primer is a very fast drying and thin sol-gel based fusion primer that functions as an inter-coat adhesion primer or direct to substrate primer. Our, Concrete Fusion Primer creates a molecular bridge between a coating and the substrate, chemically fusing substrate and top coat. Our, Concrete Fusion Primer is very compatible with many surfaces, and many solvent based coatings. When used on concrete substrates, as long as concrete is clean and free of bond breakers such as oils, greases, etc., no surface profile is needed to achieve strong chemical bond to surface. Our, Concrete Fusion Primer’s intended use is for bonding solvent based top coatings only, water-based coatings are not compatible as top coats

Metal Primer

Our Metal Primer is a fast-drying and ultrathin adhesion promoter formulated using controlled chemical nanotechnology. Used as a tie coat, it bonds layers of material together making mechanical abrasion is a thing of the past. Optimum Adhesion is equally effective used to coat plastics such as RV
roofs, penetrating into surfaces to provide optimum protection from harmful environmental elements.

Solvent-Based Sealer

Our Solvent-Based Sealer is a fast-drying, water repellent sealer designed to enhance the surface and to protect stone, concrete & masonry surfaces from nature’s destructive forces, providing a long lasting barrier which exhibits superior resistance to water, mold, airborne dust and dirt, alkali, freeze/thaw damage and spills. Two coats of Solvent-Based Sealer is recommended as base for our Concrete Top Coating. (We can stain and seal in one step by adding acetone based dyes into the sealer, for a more solid color profile, 4 coats of Concrete Sealer/Stain could be required).

Protective Coatings

Our Concrete and Metal Top Coating is a solvent-based quartz based clear coating designed to protect metal, concrete and masonry surfaces by creating an integral, long-lasting flammable resistant barrier that provides superior resistance to mold, mildew, moss, rust, moisture, corrosion, chlorides & salt spray, acid rain, UV damage, oxidation, galvanic corrosion, animal & bird waste damage, gum, graffiti and ice adhesion. Durable, wear resistant coating avoids common coating failures like peeling or flaking. Our Concrete and Metal Top Coating can be applied over bare metals, epoxy, acrylic, enamel, lacquer, or tinted or un-tinted Solvent-Based Sealer for a complete concrete protection system.

Custom Surface Coloring

We offer 24 stock colors covering the most common color choices seen in floors today. Custom colors are available upon request, but are made to order. The colors listed are only a representation of our Concrete Dyes. Change in concrete slab colors will affect the appearance of the dye. Color results cannot be guaranteed. Actual colors may vary. We also offer custom made colors, the process is relatively quick, still you need to plan for a few of weeks time to process and test.
